Rented a truck three times in three weeks. Great service. Excellent rentals. Terrible billing process. Usually 5 days minimum for all holds to be released. Tied up a thousand dollars of credit for $225 worth of rental. Being a good frequent customer doesn't pay off.
Never have cars available that you need and they always try to push a suv or what ever else they have even though you have a reservation sometimes months in advance
David at the Bardstown KY location is what made the experience great and truly knows what customer service is. Accommodating, while keeping a smile since the buisness wss extremely busy and he was the only CSR not at lunch. Hats off to you David!!

Great service, friendly staff. I've rented several times over the last few months and have always been pleased with the service. They are sometimes swamped with customers but you can tell that the staff works as quickly as possible.
