Would give 0/5 if possible. Inserted $11 for "ultimate wash" and didn't do anything. Literally, nothing happened I just sat in park until the automated system told me to "deposite correct amount" into the machine. The scrubby thing never even came down or around my car to clean it. Tried calling the phone number listed here on google, and no response. Now I'm out $11 and my car is still dirty.

Wife used her credit card for $10 wash. They charged her card twice and there is no number to call. The white pages listed number is disconnected. What do you call that? If I did it they would call it theft.
