I am SO happy we got a rue!!! Finally a store that knows how to dress a curvy girl! Their clothes for plus size aren't just fitting, they're fabulous! Thanks for not making plus size boring!
Great Selection. Very neat store. But I just left there and have never been talked to so rudely by someone in customer service! I've never seen this woman in there before today but they definitely need to work on her I had planned on shopping after making a return but I refused to stay in there any longer! I really wish she has been wearing a name badge!

I have had a horrible experience with Rue 21 online orders. Ordered a shirt using a gift card, washed it one time and the stitching came apart so called customer service and was given a shopping label so I shipped it back and now they have the shirt and my money and I can not get a replacement or another gift card because I threw the old gift card away. Be aware before you order on line I highly recommend against it.after making my 11th call to them they say I still have to wait. I think they hope people will just give up and they get to keep your money.
