2.5 hours and still havent been seen. When i arrived i was only 1 of 3 people in waiting room. Practitioners are great i hear, but service is terrible.
The office staff and nurses need some serious training in customer service!
The office staff do not really display a positive attitude, but the healthcare folks (nurses, physicians, etc.) really do. I went in for a work physical and although I showed up a little early, it seemed that my wait was longer than it should have been since there were only a couple people in the waiting area.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Didn't have any interaction with the real doctors here, so I can't speak to their care, but the office staff was very rude and claimed I didn't have an appointment when I actually did. I waited over 2 hours before being seen.
Kimberly Simms is the best doctor in the entire world. I won't go into full detail on what I came in about but she is outstanding. I can't even put into words how happy and ecstatic I am with the care I received from her. If I could give her 1000 stars I would.
The Nurse Practitioners and Dr. PARRISH are great (*****) 5 stars.
Nurse practitioners were extremely unprofessional and didn't seem to know what they were doing. Their inexperience cost me a great opportunity, and when asked for copies of my paperwork the next day for proof, the office staff claimed that my results were not recorded and refused to provide me, the patient, with a copy of anything for record, effectively covering their tracks. Avoid this place at all costs until they can hire nurse practitioners who didn't get their degrees from questionable sources and office staff who actually care about their job and don't just show up for a paycheck.
