We are a small town, and being the small town that we are, there are places that people take for granted. Knowing that Domino's Pizza is there, and always has good food, quickly, allows for you to always be able to rely on taking care of those you love. I have never been disappointed at their level of effort, nor their level of quality. We are a small town, and this is just a pizza place in a small town, but what they do, does matter, and they seem to realize that. I have to commend them for that.
Placed an order to be delivered downtown on a busy Saturday night. An hour and a half went by before I called the store. The manager told me they were not able deliver to my house because of a downtown event. Never called or contacted me. Hung up on me three times and was beyond rude. His name was Chris and he claimed he was the GM. Baffled by how terrible the service was and hungry to boot. Extremely disappointing.
