Boys loved it. Peaceful. Great afternoon here. Stumbled along this place taking a detour to miss construction traffic on the interstate. So glad we did!
The rooms are pretty decent. A little dated. Breakfast is pretty poor.
All real log cabins moved here in being preserved. Got to see and experience.
Good place to visit to learn about our war history as well how the town began.
One admission fee gets you entry to 4 museums over 2 days .. this is a good stop for helping your children to appreciate history.
The outdoor buildings are also great to walk through and gain appreciation for careers of the past, native tribal heritage.
