I GO TO KROGER'S AND THEY TELL ME, THAT THEIR STORE WHO'S A PHARMACY, IS OUT OF DRUGS, CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS? I SEE WHY I NEVER SHOP AT KROGERS! A JOKE, GREED OVER PEOPLE!
Tried to tell me my son's prescription weren't called in when I know for an absolute fact they were. Asked me what They were supposed to do about it!!?? They have messed up our prescriptions for the last time tonight. Some of the staff in the pharmacy are great but most are awful! Very slow drive thru. Wouldn't waste your time!
The worst pharmacy experience ever. I've never waited so long in a line for a prescription in my life. Once I got to the counter it took the poor gentleman 15 minutes to locate my prescription, pretty sure he ended up filling it on his own since he had such a hard time finding it and it took so incredibly long. Take your prescriptions anywhere else, the fuel points arent even worth it. Very, VERY disappointed.
I just went to pick up my medicine at the Kroger pharmacy, and they only have one person checking people out in a huge line. This is ridiculous. I'm on a time crunch and I had to leave without picking up my medicine. I was hoping to have taken it already. You guys need to get your act together
I love this pharmacy. Looks like most of the bad reviews are people who have unrealistic expectations which is common with technology basically spoiling people. There is more to filling a prescription than just taking the note and getting what the doctor ordered so if you want to drop off and just turn around and pick up then go to lalaland pharmacy. They are very busy here and yes believe it or not they STOCK medicine there (news flash it is not made there) so they can run out. SMH the people are friendly and I NEVER see anyone just standing around doing nothing they are always all busy so I think they do a fantastic job considering they have tons of customers all the time.
