I've used Brown's Heating and Air for years and have never been disappointed in their service and responsiveness. They go above and beyond my expectations each time. They believe in taking care of their customers, stay up to date on industry standards, are trustworthy and respectful. I'd give them 10 stars if that was an option. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience here. We were travelling through Bardstown on a cross-country trip in our RV and the capacitor had blown out, leaving us with no A/C in June in Kentucky. Mr. Brown and his staff were able to find the right part in stock, and even installed it in the RV for us. They wouldn't let us leave without making sure it was going to work. Prices were extremely reasonable, and I would recommend to anyone.
A family owned and operated business in Bardstown, KY. Honest, dependable and hardworking. They do heating and air, boilers, & plumbing work. This is a third generation business and I highly recommend them.
Called them friday because our air conditioning has failed they said they would try get to us friday otherwise it would be Monday well no show on friday and after calling them a basillion times monday morning we finally got them to pick up the phone. The person who answered the phone was flat out rude to my wife om the phone. They said that a customer had an emergency and their septic line was backed up. Well what about our emergency? We were an existing customer too this is not the first time they have made a service call to our house so it was not like we were a new customer. If this is how they treat their existing customers RUN fast and RUN far from this company! What it boils down.to is this company probably priotitizes jobs based on potential revenue earned by the the job not by who is next in line. Our family including 3 small kids suffered through the heat all weekend waiting for this no show. That is long enough obviously our business is not important to this company! We will find a new vendor for our future HVAC needs!
