Alas, there aren't any other banks that are in both Bardstown and Indiana, so I'll be stuck with them a little while longer...

I get up there and give her my slip. I told her I'm withdrawing $40, $10 of it I wanted to be in quarters. She asked for my ID which is fine. I have an Indiana license and this is KY so she asked if I was visiting someone here. I could tell by her tone it wasn't a making small talk question, it was more of "I don't think you're who you say you are, so I'm going to keep asking you questions to get you to fess up!" I told her I worked in Bardstown at the library. She said, "You drive that far? They must pay you a lot of money!" It was her tone that started to annoy me. She proceeds to type a lot of information in her computer, and she's looking at my ID and looking at me, looking at my ID and looking at me, and continues to do so as she's typing. I understand they have to follow protocol and they're protecting their customers but I felt like I was being treated like a crook when it was MY account. My license and PNC account have the same address so I don't understand why she was taking so long to get my money. If I was doing something shady, I wouldn't be withdrawing a little amount like $40.

I had to go inside because I needed quarters for laundry. My first annoyance was there were no withdraw slips to be found. I had to wait in line to ask for a withdraw slip, step out of line to fill it out, and get back in line which is not very efficient.

Go in there all the time just to make change. They refused today stating I had to have an account. Bulls#%t since when if I need a roll of quarters do I have to open an account...

I typically only visit this bank to use the ATM and rarely go inside, however, I'm rating it 1-star on the service I experienced inside today.

Been banking with them for six years and tried to get small personal loan and was denied. Shows how much they value their customers. My credit was good enough for a home loan thru another company and my debt to income is good. So looks like they pick and choose who they give loans to. Time to look elsewhere for my banking needs.

The manager was extremely rude to someone I wrote a check to, when they came back with more identification, she even took it upon herself to jump in front of the teller to deny the check again.....really you need 3 IDs for a 25 dollar check???????????

Do not bank here! They do not help their customers and they do not work with you on any kind of extenuating circumstances. It's an absolute shame, and if you have any charges pop up, expect the complete run around and zero solutions.
