Surprise fees you never knew existed!
I'll be switching banks very soon.
When this was a Your Community Bank it was great, the people who still work at the bank are helpful and friendly typically.
However, since Wesbanco took over, the experiences I've had at this bank are pretty much nothing but terrible. The account changes, the website, everything is inferior to Your Community Bank. It's absolute trash. My account just randomly locked itself after one unsuccessful login attempt. I have requested to have a security question reset on multiple occasion and that didn't happen. The company is garbage, their portal sucks, their app sucks. The entire bank sucks.
