Great friendly service was met at my car in the parking by Larry Cave who was kind and courteous ask about what kind of car we were in trests in and the price range and he quickly produced a list of options and he showed us several cars. We picked out the one we liked they gave us a great deal and Greg had our finances done in minutes and we were out the door with our new car in less than 2 hours. Great service and friendly enviorment. I will be back in a few months to buy my next truck.
This was my first time visiting Conway Heaton, and it was absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had! I saw the car I wanted to test drive first thing in the morning on their website, and an hour later I had an email from an associate. I scheduled a test drive for after work and fell in love with my new car. I did not feel any pressure whatsoever and the buying experience was completely organic and went how I wanted it to. I told Brad, my salesman, what I wanted my payments to be and I left with an added warranty, GAP coverage, and my monthly payments rolled into a lower price than I could have asked for! I was in a rental vehicle and they let me leave the rental at their lot to be picked up by the rental agency and I got to drive my new car home the same day. It was so quick and painless. I am so impressed with their respect and level of quality delivered to their clients. Everyone should go to Conway Heaton! And ask for Brad Gagne!
