******ORIGINAL REVIEW ****** Very friendly people to work with, but watch out for their financing! I didn't qualify with a good lender, but did qualify with a lender that they stated would have a higher interest rate and required 10% of the down payment. That was fine, until I figured out that it wasn't 10% of the down payment, but the dealer had added 10% of the TOTAL price of the vehicle onto the amount I was financing. I even paid them more than 25% of the purchase price as a down payment, and they took that off at the end after they charged me 10% from the purchase amount instead of taking off the down payment and then doing 10% of the amount I needed to finance. I called the lender and asked them about the 10% and they told me that there was no 10% that they required and that the dealer was wrong. I was also persuaded into purchasing a 2 year warranty because the lender would feel more sure of approving the loan knowing the vehicle would have the extra coverage. The lender also said that was false, and when I contacted Wright's auto sales to question why he had lied about the 10% and needing the warranty to get approved, the salesman told me he never told me I had to have the warranty and he said that the lender does take 10% that they just wouldn't tell the truth about it. I also was screwed over on licensing the vehicle. My husband consigned with me on the loan, but we made it clear that it was my vehicle and wanted it tagged and licensed in my name, but he licensed it to my husband's birthday, because it was cheaper to do it that way. I love my vehicle, and they have a good eye for selling good vehicles, but if you can't afford to pay cash money for the vehicle or get your own financing, please beware!
Not a happy customer at all, right after I paid cash for my car I had to replace the motor, and it's been one thing after another (almost monthly ) I wouldn't recommend buying a car from this man unless you enjoy being without a car. Would give zero stars if that were an option.
Since when does a company review a customer! Take care of your customers and you won't be getting crappie reviews!!! You screwed me out of money even if the "10%" was accurate because the money I put as down payment should have come off your figure before you charged me that extra "10%"! Further more all you would have had to pay was 4 more months on my registration to have it tagged to my birthday, but you wasn't even honest when you told the county clerks office what I paid for the vehicle, you told them a lesser amount cause you was trying to "save me money" !!!

great dealership, found the car on their site and drove away a very satisfied customer. I would recommend Wright's to anyone looking for a quality used car or truck.

Update :I've currently spent pretty much on fixing my car what I paid for it two years ago which was sixty five hundred don't buy a car from this man he's crooked. And that's a fact -Also stay away from Chevy Equinox's especially the 2010's:(
