When they first opened the food and service were great. We have eaten there 3 or4 times since then and every time the quality of the food and service decline. Our most recent visit was today. The food and service absolutely sucked. The cheese curds were over cooked, most of them didn't have any cheese left in them. The chicken was over cooked and dry and the burgers weren't juicy and didn't have any flavor. For some reason we weren't served dinner rolls with our meal. You could barely call our waitress a waitress. This will definitely be the last time we eat there.
A little slow getting a waitress but they were understaffed due to help calling in. Once we ordered everything was fine.The meal was good, no complaints from anyone at our table.
Ordered 2 of the most expensive steaks. One medium, one medium well. 40 minutes after the order, they finally came, and the medium steak was very WELL done. Even at the bone on this Tbone it was brown on the inside! Told server to just take it off my bill....
Don't go there hungry - you might not eat very quickly and/or your pets dinner at home will be more appealing than here!
Nice place to eat. Food is ALWAYS good and our waiter/waitress full of southern hospitality.
And magically, there wasn't ever a manager to appear or anything!
The Del Rio steak was delicious! Cooked just like I wanted it. Place is clean and staff very friendly. Only thing I'd suggest is for the servers not to check up on patrons too often. My son and I could barely get a conversation in without being interrupted too many times, however, that will not stop me from going back. Food is terrific!
